Reporting a video that does not open

Please tell us:

• which page you used and what happened (the message shown, if any);
• your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows 11 or Safari on iPhone;
• the video’s format and where it came from (for example “MOV from an iPhone 15” or “WebM screen recording”).

Please do not attach the video unless we ask and you are happy to share it: the tools never upload your files, and we would rather not receive them by email either.

Feature requests

Tell us what you are trying to do and which tool you used. Several pages also have a short “Tell us” link for features we are considering, such as batch processing.
